DNS Configuration Guide
Learn how to point your custom domain (from GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.) to your Radian AI production site.
1. Add your Domain in Radian AI
Before changing DNS settings, ensure you have entered your domain in the Publish tab of your Radian Studio project and clicked "Connect."
2. Configure your DNS Records
Login to your domain registrar's dashboard and add the following two records:
| Record Type | Host / Name | Value | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| A Record | @ | 75.101.122.121 | Points your root domain |
| CNAME | www | your-site-name.netlify.app | Points your www subdomain |
note
Replace your-site-name.netlify.app with the "Internal Preview URL" shown in your Publish tab.
3. Wait for Propagation
DNS changes can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 24 hours to spread across the internet. Once active, your site will automatically be secured with a free SSL certificate.
4. Troubleshooting
If your site doesn't load after 24 hours:
- Check for conflicting A records (delete any other
@records). - Ensure there are no proxy settings enabled (like Cloudflare's orange cloud) until the certificate is issued.
